Oliver Maldonado mortgage consultant, industry expert and author will pay up to $1 Million in closing costs for new mortgages done with him or one of his affiliates. 

Oliver has included a $500 voucher in his new book entitled "The Mortgage Book" that can be used and applied to any new mortgage done with him or one of his affiliates. Oliver is planning on paying, lowering or covering up to $1 million in closing costs for some states, starting out with Colorado which is his home state. He will then do the same for other states including New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, California, Wyoming and Montana. 

Oliver hopes to include all states and is currently negotiating with some of the nations mortgage giants for them to also honor his $500 voucher from his mortgage book. 

"I've been very fortunate and the mortgage industry has been very good to me and my family. Over the years I have seen way too many homeowners get hurt by being put into the wrong mortgage programs. Some are horror stories and while not all are intentional, sometimes mortgage professionals do take advantage of the general public, and that's when I came up with the idea of writing The Mortgage Book", said Oliver Maldonado when commenting on his new mortgage book.

Oliver also added, "This book is not intended for mortgage professionals and many have tried to stop me from writing such a tell all book on how the mortgage industry works. I wrote this book for the consumers, not the mortgage professionals. I'm not trying to hurt any mortgage professional. On the contrary, this should help all mortgage professionals since their clients will now be more educated and will understand what they are talking about a lot more. However, any and all mortgage professionals that may be taking or trying to take advantage of homeowners should beware. I am trying to put them out of business!"
